About Me
Was born in Birmingham in the summer of August 1962, to two loving parents who emigrated from Jamaica to give her and her 4 siblings a better life in England. She was approached to write her COVID and Gratitude story in September 2022, for her story to inspire others. She lives in London, this is her first attempt at writing.
I am a Medical Secretary/Model & Supporting/Voice Over Artist, who loves to read, journaling and travel.
In June 2020 I found myself living alone after a long-term relationship ended, but continued going into work. I tried to survive my loneliness by joining Zoom Communities, and discovered an online church in Houston Texas called Lakewood which helped me to cope and for the first time in my life I realised that I had to work on her mindset by putting and loving myself first and finding peace before I could be loved or love anyone else.
I then joined an online choir and became a member of the Growth Club with other members of the same mindset, I am a great supporter of helping and supporting others especially people and young adults with mental health after completing an online course and supporting Cancer UK after family members lost their fight and those who are still fighting the illness. My dream is to help raise as much money as I can to help fund charities find cures and help families who are supporting their loved ones.
